1. Introduction

Welcome to Palashgram Eco Resort. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all bookings, services, and accommodations provided by Palashgram Eco Resort.

2. Booking and Reservations

• Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of the required advance payment. A booking confirmation will be sent to you via email/WhatsApp/SMS.
• Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. Minors must be accompanied by an adult during their stay.
• Identification: All guests are required to present valid identification (Adhaar Card, passport, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in. International guests must provide a valid passport and visa.

3. Payment Terms

• Advance Payment: An advance payment of 50% is required to confirm your booking. The balance must be paid at the time of your check in. 
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via UPI,  credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
• Late Payments: Failure to pay the balance within the stipulated time may result in the cancellation of your booking, subject to the Cancellation Policy.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation by Guest: Cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
• Cancellation by Resort: Palashgram Eco Resort reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative arrangement will be offered.
• Non-Refundable Advance: The advance payment is non-refundable, as detailed in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in Time: Check-in is available from 11AM. Early check-in may be possible subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Check-out Time: Check-out is required by 9:00 AM.  Late check-out requests must be made in advance and may incur additional charges.
• Late Check-out: Unauthorized late check-out may result in additional charges equivalent to a full day’s rate.

6. Guest Responsibilities

• Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay. The cost of repairs or replacements will be charged to the guest.
• Conduct: Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, staff, and the property. Any form of disruptive or illegal behavior may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
• No Smoking: Palashgram Eco Resort is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available outside.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed at our resort. 

7. Use of Facilities

• Swimming Pool: The use of the swimming pool is at the guest’s own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. The resort is not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur in the pool area.
• Outdoor Activities: Guests participating in outdoor activities (e.g., trekking, cycling) organized by the resort do so at their own risk. The resort is not liable for any injuries or accidents.
• Wi-Fi and Internet: Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for guest use. The resort is not responsible for any interruptions in service or data loss.

8. Liability

• Personal Belongings: The resort is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safes provided.
• Injury or Illness: The resort is not liable for any injury, illness, or accidents that occur during your stay. Guests are advised to have their own travel insurance.

9. Force Majeure

• Palashgram Eco Resort is not liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or pandemics.

10. Privacy Policy

• Data Collection: We collect personal information to process bookings and provide services. By making a reservation, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• Data Protection: Palashgram Eco Resort is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from your stay at Palashgram Eco Resort will be resolved through negotiation or mediation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to the courts of Calcutta High Court.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• Palashgram Eco Resort reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any significant changes prior to their stay.
