Refund and Cancellation Policy

Note:

CHECK IN : 12 PM.        CHECK OUT: 10 PM

 

 

1. Booking and Payment

  • To confirm a booking, an advance payment of 50% of total bill  is required. This advance payment secures your reservation for the specified dates.
  • 50 % of total bill as advance & balance amount (extra person, driver accommodation or any other charges) during Check in time.
  • The remaining balance including extra person, driver accommodation or any other charges must be paid at the time of  your check-in. Failure to pay the balance within this period may result in the cancellation of your booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

Guests can cancel their bookings at least 15 days prior to their Check-in date. This booking is non-refundable and can be rescheduled (within 2 months), modified or amended before 15 days with prior intimation from actual check in date. Thereafter no such request will be granted.

  • No Show:

    • If the guest fails to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notification, the booking will be considered a “No Show.” In this case, the full amount of the stay, including the advance payment, will be forfeited, and no adjustments or refunds will be provided.

3. Advance Amount Adjustment

  • The advance payment is non-refundable.
  • However, if you need to cancel your booking, the advance amount can be adjusted against a new booking made within 2 months of the original booking date.
  • The new booking is subject to availability, and the rates applicable at the time of rebooking will apply.
  • The advance amount can only be adjusted once, and any unused portion will be forfeited if not utilized within the 2-month period.

4. Modifications to the Booking

  • Requests for modifications to the booking, such as changing the dates or room type, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Any modifications made within [insert time frame] of the check-in date will be treated as a cancellation, and the “Cancellation Policy” will apply.

5. Child Policy

From 6yrs onwards any child will consider as extra person and charge accordingly.

6. Pets & Dogs Policy

At Palashgram Eco Resort, we understand that pets are part of your family. To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, please take note of the following guidelines:

  • Pets are allowed only in the Cottage Rooms.
    Guests booking any other room category are kindly requested not to bring pets along.

  • Responsibility & Cleanliness:
    All pet owners are fully responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of the space during their stay. Any damage, odor, stains, or mess caused by the pet must be cleaned and compensated by the guest before check-out.

  • Leash & Supervision:
    Pets must remain on a leash and under supervision in all public areas to ensure the comfort and safety of other guests.

  • Noise & Disturbance:
    We request guests to ensure that their pets do not cause disturbances such as barking or aggressive behavior.

7. Force Majeure

  • Palashgram Eco Resort is not liable for cancellations or modifications due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the booking or provide an appropriate alternative, but no refunds will be issued.

8. Refund Process

  • Any refunds due, excluding the non-refundable advance payment, will be processed within 15 Days after receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be made through the original payment method used for the booking.

9. SWIMMING POOL:

  1. Pool timing: 9 am to 7 pm.
  2. Cotton Garments are strictly prohibited. Only clean synthetic garments or swim suits are allowed to entry into pool. No food , drinks, smoking are allowed on pool deck.
  3. Pls. contact Front desk for all other rules and instruction regarding swimming pool.
Remarks: For any damaged done to the hotel amenities, items or property, guest is liable to make up for the charge in full and for the amount as seen appropriate by the management.
 
Smoking and Preparation of food in guest rooms by any type of cooking appliences is prohibited but not to Coffee makers.
