- At the time of booking 50% of total bill & balance amount need to be paid during check in.
- For Any Damage done to the hotel amenities, items or property, guests are liable to make up for the charges in full and for the amount as seen appropriate by the management. Remarks

- We are happy to arrange late check-ins, but please note that this must be pre-arranged with management.
- Due to the small number of rooms on site, each guest can book a maximum of 2 rooms.
- The maximum occupancy for each common room is 2 guests.
- We are not able to allow pets on the property to protect guests with possible allergies and cleanliness.
- This hotel is a non-smoking hotel.
- Credit card are also acceptable to book reservation.
- Advance amount is not refundable. It can only be adjusted against new booking made within 2 months of original booking subject to availability.
- Hotel office hours are from 8:30 - 5:30 daily.
- Outside food not allowed.
- In case of major power grid outage or technical issue with generator uninterrupted supply of electricity for air conditioner cannot be assured fully. However all-out efforts will be made not to cause any inconvenience to guests. All other electric points will function normally during load shedding through generator backup.
